Buying wholesale scrapbook supplies for scrapbooking or selling

Scrapbooking has become increasingly popular and wholesale scrapbook supplies are a huge market, both in stores and online. If scrapbooking is a new hobby and you have no supplies, eBay is a great place to find distributors. Smaller wholesale lots are great for starting your collection of scrapbooking supplies.

Many wholesale distributors sell supplies in lots too large for home scrapbook use. Unless you are an avid scrapbook enthusiast, you won’t be able to use everything in the lot. Scrapbooking clubs or groups often purchase a larger wholesale lot and split the supply among the group. If you have a few friends that create scrapbooks, get together when purchasing wholesale merchandise to save money.

Selling supplies from a wholesale distributor

If you don’t have enough friends to share with, you can resell some of your scrapbooking supplies on eBay. These are generally larger lots, with enough products for you to use in scrapbooking and resell the rest for a profit. You won’t get rich this way, but you may end up with a free scrapbook supply for yourself.

Wholesale suppliers can be found on eBay auctions. Wholesale scrapbook merchandise can be found in lots of various sizes. Some lots contain one supply, such as paper. Other wholesale distributors sell lots containing a variety of supplies. Take what you need out of the lot and sell the rest separately. Often these lots come with paper, stickers, stamps, pens and embellishments.

A larger lot with a complete set of scrapbooking supplies can also be broken up and sold in smaller lots. Make a smaller wholesale lot with paper, stickers, stamps and a few pens. These smaller kits are popular with people new to scrapbooking. With a large lot from a distributor, you can make and sell several smaller kits. The more wholesale supplies you auction, the more you can make. You can choose to sell enough to support your hobby, or use this method as a way to make money on eBay.
