Customer Support with Live eBayeBay has the ultimate in customer support by offering Live eBay, a live chat feature to contact eBay. A live connection with a customer service expert can help you find the answers to your problems without waiting for an email response. The home page of eBay contains links to navigate you all over the site. You will see that there are FAQs (frequently asked questions), help topics in different categories and even eBay communities and message boards. But when you really need help in a hurry and you can’t find your answer, it can be very frustrating. eBay has answered that problem with their live chat feature which can be found at eBay home. Getting Help from Live ChatYou can find the live chat feature at the top of eBay’s home page. The top of the page at the right-hand side has a link for eBay Live Help. You simply click on this link and a chat box will pop up on your screen. You will be asked for your eBay user ID or your email address. Below this is an option to choose the category you have questions about. Most type of questions about auctions eBay can answer on the Live Help. You can choose from the following categories to receive help with; registering, password/sign in, searching, bidding/buying, selling, billing and other. The live help center is so popular that often they experience high traffic and you may have to wait just a bit to get your questions answered. You can always search through the help topics while you are waiting for a response from your live representative. There is no eBay phone number for help and support, so the Live Help connection is the next best thing.
