If You’re Looking for an eBay Phone Number, You’ve Probably Been Unsuccessful So Far

Trying to find an eBay phone number to actually call and talk to someone is next to impossible. eBay does not publish these numbers on their site at all, preferring all contact to be handled through email and their contact forms on the site.

This can be frustrating sometimes, however. If you’re having eBay problems with a bidder or seller, want to report a possible scam, or have questions that just aren’t answered on their website, it would be nice to be able to phone and talk to them. eBay USA and eBay Canada are just two of many sites they operate, but none of them are any easier to telephone.

Finding eBay Telephone Numbers on the Internet Through Other Methods

There are ways of finding e-Bay’s phone number, although they are not always accurate. There are sites on the internet such as ezgoo.com and auctionguild.com that have published their numbers on their website.

These numbers may work, but they may also have changed. Part of the reason that e Bay doesn’t publish their telephone numbers is that they don’t have a team of people waiting to answer people’s questions. If a number gets published on the internet and they start to get a ton of calls, they’ll just disconnect or change it.

This is the main reason we do not publish any numbers here. Once their numbers get distributed, they often change anyway. If you’ve tried eBay’s recommended support channels, such as email and their online help system, you can try to look up their number from an online phone directory such as 411.com. e-Bay’s address, as published on the eBay official site, is as follows:

Often times, people perform their search based on lots.
