Tools to Assist You to Bid Auction Ebay SuccessfullyHave you ever had an item you were bidding on and watching carefully? Only minutes remain before the eBay auction closes and you are high bidder. The seconds pass and you remain the high bidder, the auction closes and suddenly you see “You were outbid by another buyer”. If this happens to you often, you are probably being “sniped”. There are tools available for to allow you to bid auction eBay which allows a person to bid on an item placing their maximum bid fairly low. Then they place an entry into Auction Sniper at their actual highest maximum bid. The Sniper is set to bid in the very last seconds at the lowest possible amount to still win the auction. Since the bid is going in as an automated process, it goes in so quickly that you don’t even see it appear before the auction closes. The auction software will allow you to enter that final bid as late as 5 seconds before end of auction. This keeps prices low, because your actual maximum bid can’t be bid against. The high bidder thinks he’s winning and then gets sniped. Sniping is becoming more and more common. The process of sniping may seem unfair if you have been sniped, but since there is no rule against using sniper software on eBay, you can snipe as well. I believe it takes some of the joy and fun of the auction out of the process, but when you really, really want an item, it can be the only way to ensure you get it. Of course, there’s the risk that another sniper is sniping at a higher bid than yours. There’s no guarantee, but it does provide a greater chance of not being outbid. Potential Problems Placing Your BidWhen you choose to bid on an item and set it to have a snipe bid placed in the last seconds, you must consider several things. You need to decide what the very most you are willing to pay for the item is and if you want to trust the sniper tool to snatch it for you. Sometimes servers can be slow and the bid could come in too late. Sniper tools make no guarantee that your bid will get through in time. If you set the sniper to bid too soon in order to avoid this problem, someone else may snipe you.
